this hotel is perfect if ur lookin to be close to the main attractions. super clean and location is amazin, just a short walk to the old town and jewish quarter. breakfast had lots of choices, it was really good and filled me up for the day. the staff were friendly and helped me with some questions i had. comfy bed made for a good sleep too!

the room was a bit on the smaller side which made it feel cramped. also, if ur a light sleeper, the noise from the trams outside can get annoying at times.

absolutely terrible experience! the shower head wouldn’t stay up, which was simply unacceptable. the heated room felt like a sauna, how is that relaxing after a long journey? expected chocolates or at least a welcome drink for my troubles, but no, just cold indifference. i almost left a good review, but just couldn’t. what a shame!

Only one small lift servicing limited floors!!! Room facilities listed didn't match reality, with bad TV signal and confusing elevator arrangements!!! A gym or pool would elevate the stay!!!

Location is spot on, really close to everything. Had a lekker brekkie every morning with loads of options. The staff were super friendly and even gave us a take-away breakfast for our early flight, which was such a nice touch!
